Our experiences
We provide educational animal encounters and related experiences, including at The Capybara Cafe and The Fluffy Cow Cafe. Experience details, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are made through our booking platform, FareHarbor. When you click a booking link on this website, your reservation and payment are processed on FareHarbor's platform and are also subject to FareHarbor's terms of use. The specific pricing, deposit, and cancellation terms for your experience are presented at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Reservations may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy shown at booking. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Safety and animal welfare
- Guests must follow staff instructions at all times during encounters
- The wellbeing of the animals comes first: we may adjust, pause, or end an encounter if an animal needs a break, and we will work with you to make it right
- Animal behavior is inherently unpredictable; by participating, you accept the ordinary risks of being around animals
- We may decline service to anyone whose behavior puts animals, guests, or staff at risk
Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions:
- We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during visits
- Complete prevention of animal-related incidents cannot be guaranteed
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience
